Just for the love of it, let's see who will be first!
Let's celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Judgment of Paris! The Paris Wine Tasting of 1976 (also known as the Judgment of Paris) was a wine competition organized in Paris on 24 May 1976 by Steven Spurrier, a British wine merchant. In this competition French judges carried out two blind tasting comparisons: one of top-quality Chardonnays and another of red wines (Bordeaux wines from France and Cabernet Sauvignon wines from California). A California wine rated best in each category, which caused surprise as France was generally regarded as being the foremost producer of the world's best wines. Spurrier sold only French wine and believed that the California wines would not win. What will it be on our 6/25 wine seminar? A night of tasting, education and fun as we compare a selection of Californian wines against the same French varieties. Join our wine specialist as he takes you through 9 selected wines to showcase how different and at times how similar the wine styles can be. A great event for novices and experienced wine-o-philes alike. Do not miss this unique comparative tasting and take a journey from California to France and back! Our 5 senses will be strongly called upon for a beautiful cultural and exclusive experience. -

We are moving to a new Restaurant in Hanzomon. The ambiance of ARGO is simply elegant. Upon entering the restaurant, there is a feeling of both grandeur and intimacy. The view on the Imperial Palace Garden is wonderful. Over all, the casual yet sophisticated atmosphere beautifully represents the classic traditions of the French culinary experience. 1-4-2, Kojimachi, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 102-8525 One Four Two by tojo 9F Tel.03-3265-5504 3 minutes walk from Hanzomon Station ( Exit 3 ) Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line
