  • Take a journey across the vast Australian continent through the enjoyment of wine and food!
    The journey will start in the Margaret River Region, surrounded by the Indian Ocean and Southern Ocean, a place of epic beauty and wines. We will then travel for several thousands of kilometers to the Yarra Valley, a historical region with some of the longest continuously operating wineries outside of Europe.
    Then, we go across the Bass Straight to the Cradle Coast of Northern Tasmania, Australia's coolest and most rugged wine region, to try the most fashionable wine at the moment, Tasmanian Pinot Noir.
    To the north, we will try wines grown at the highest altitude in Australia. Orange New South Wales, to enjoy a Modern take on Zinfandel.
    Finally, to cap off a wonderful evening, we go to the historical heartland of Australian winemaking, the warm climate of the Barossa Valley, famed for its red soil and world-famous Shiraz.
