Light-bodied and fun, it’s easy to enjoy but not without a serious side, as evidenced by the lees note and subtle flinty, almost mineral, tail.

This is a cohesive, rewarding, and thoroughly delicious wine, leaving a lingering and satisfying taste.

Andrew Heffernan, MBA and CEO of Colonial Trade Co., is also the owner of Rippa Wines, a Member of the Tokyo American Club‘s wine committee, WSET 3, and an expert on New World wines.
“I believe we now have one of the strongest portfolios of New World wines in Japan. Our suppliers are rising stars in their industries with a focus on quality rather than mass appeal or the “loudness’ of the brand.”
The majority of our suppliers practice dry, sustainable farming, and many are certified organic.
