Description

The Rhone Valley Fine Wine Dinner’s Menu and Wines selection:

Aperitif: French Bread with butter

Sparkling Rosé, La Rose, Bio, Jaillance, Gamay & White & Red Muscat
An organic sparkling wine with aromas of white and red small-grain muscat for sunny aperitifs. Small-grain white muscat gives it power and fruity aromas, while the Gamay gives it lightness and freshness. “La Rosé” is vinified using the natural ancestral method and without addition, which preserves the aromas and freshness of the grapes.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Domaine Juliette Avril, 2024
