Amuse: Seared Scallop (M), Creamy Citrus Risotto, Seaweed Dust
Côtes de Provence White Wine, AOP Bio, TSH, La Londe.
Provence wine varietals: 70 % Vermentino, 30 % Sémillon
Expressive nose with citrus fruits, fresh lemon, going to orange blossoms, almond, and honey with some fennel and pepper notes. Feminine mouth with roundness and freshness. Very juicy.

Starter: Chicken Galantine, Foie Gras, Spiced Berry Chutney, Walnuts.

Provence wine varietals: 50 % Syrah, 40 % Grenache, 10 % Mourvèdre.
Intense purple dress. Powerful and elegant, you can smell Garrigues’ notes of red fruits and spices.
In the mouth, you can feel the fruit and the freshness, with refined and silky tannins.

Firm tannin, dark fruit, tense minerality, and so charming.

MBA from a top Japanese university with a Master’s in Hospitality Management.
He holds a wine certification from the Université du Vin de Suze-La-Rousse ( South of France )
Yohan has more than 20 years in the wine industry all over East Asia
He speaks French, English, and Japanese.

6-6:30 pm: Presentation on Provence wine
6:30-8:30 pm: Provence Dinner time
9 pm: Closing Doors

Advanced Ticket: ( – 20 till – 7 days advance ): 21,980¥ + service tax
Regular: 24,980¥ + tax ( 6 Days advance till Event Day )
