About 100 years ago, Hungary was one of the biggest wine producers in Europe. Every European royal court clinked glasses filled with the famous gold Tokaji wine, while other fine Hungarian whites and reds were enjoyed throughout Europe!

Hungarian wine: Lezser White, Gunzer, 2021,  Chardonnay 70%, Sauvignon Blanc 30% 

 A worthy example of this Chardonnay and Sauvignon blanc marriage perfectly exemplifies the notion that sometimes “opposites attract”!

The Appetizer: Hússaláta, Macedonian cut fresh vegetables, soft-boiled quail eggs & shaved veal

Hungarian wine: Furmint Nagyszolo 2016, Tokaj Hétszőlő, 100% Furmit grape

Very intense, fruity with a beautiful nose.  Elegant acidity and minerality.

The Main: Marhapörkölt, Beef  Stew with crispy onion and egg noodle

For the last 32 years, Bruno has been living in Hong Kong, Korea and Japan.

These stays allowed him to discover wines off the beaten track.

For several years, he has been organising top-end wine, culture and sports trips in Europe for Asian clients.

He is accustomed to hold private and exclusive wine event in Japan

Zoltan, a native Hungarian wine connaisseur did help to make the wine and food selection

Saturday, February 4th ’ Schedule:

6:15-6:30 pm: Welcoming guests with the Hungarian Aperitif

6:30-7 pm:  Presentation on Hungarian wine

7 pm-9 pm: Hungarian Wine Dinner time

9:30 pm: Closing Doors

Pricing: 21,980Y + tax

Our last wine events were fully booked in advance therefore better you reserve your spot quickly!
