Austrian red wine
Gamaret is an extremely rare Swiss red wine grape variety that is rarely seen in Japan, and most people have never heard of it or tasted it! Together with Merlot, it has a powerful and harmonious taste, with elegant tannins, a long finish, and a fruity aftertaste.

With a lifelong passion for wine, he has made a career in wine sales, wine list development at upscale restaurants, and vinicultural education.
He has a deep knowledge of wine production, regions, and food compatibility, and he enjoys sharing his enthusiasm with others interested in wine.

6:30 pm – 8:30 pm: Dinner time
9 pm: End of the wine party
