Yoshihiko Amano is a very experienced and passionate freelance wine educator.
A JSA Wine Expert and WSET Advanced Certificate, who also holds an MBA from a French business school called INSEAD.
He regularly lectures at the school in Hiroo, run by Minato City.
He has organized various wine events, such as the comparative tasting of French and Japanese wines (sake) and cheeses.
Yoshihiko speaks English, French, Italian, German, and Japanese.
The Halloween contest:
As the date is close to Halloween, people who dress in a Halloween costume ( not compulsory, it is up to you! ) will enter a contest to win several rare Alsace Tasting boxes
Saturday, November 1st, German and Alsace Wine’ Schedule:
5:45-6 pm: Guests’ arrival with the welcome German Sparkling
6-6:30 pm: Presentation on Wines from Germany and Alsace
6:30 – 8:30 pm: Alsace and German Wine Dinner time
9 pm: End of the wine party
9:30 pm: Closing doors
